Silver ring design with medical implant screw wrapped around ring set with a gemstone.
The one medical implant screws was hollow and could not be used in the design, since it can't be bent without deforming. The overall design was to make a wrapped "nail ring" keeping the essence of the screw head and point. One screw was not long enough to wrap around the ring. Two screws were filed down into a thin smooth rod and joined together. The medical screw was then wrapped around a silver ring with a bezel set gemstone in the center.
