Medical plate ring with screw studs.
The titanium medical implant was not long enough to form a complete ring. A “half-shank” was designed. A silver ring liner with wire bands form the foundation to hold the medical implant. The titanium screw heads are riveted to the silver liner, creating a “stud design”. The underside of the ring is solid silver forming a smooth joint with the titanium plate.
