Orthopedic titanium screws made into a cross pendant.
The brief of this cross pendant design, was to preserve the look of the original titanium screw as much as possible.
The titanium screws are flattened up to a point, where the screw threads form a marquise shape pattern. The sections are then shaped into an elegant curve.
As an option, the design of the cross, can be with or without a center gemstone.
The screw head is a feature of the cross pendant. The cross is set on a silver backing to which the bail is attached.
