A section is cut off from the orthopedic implant. It is forged into a flat 6mm plate. The plate has to be heated during the bending process. Then the band is joined to the correct ring size. The last step is to add a bevel to the edge of the ring. The matte polish completes the wedding band made from the orthopedic implant.
